**Refund/Cancellation Policy: After an initial consultation with the client, we'll draft a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and compensation. Once approved, we'll invoice the client for a deposit, for which there are no refunds or exchanges, even if a project is cancelled or suspended.**
